You’ll architect and build the core AI systems that power MedVibe AI — from conversational agents to retrieval-augmented generation pipelines that handle 500K+ patient interactions monthly. This is a high-ownership, greenfield role.
Build the product surfaces that clinic owners and staff interact with daily — dashboards, automation builders, real-time calendars, and conversation management tools. You’ll work across the full stack with autonomy on technical decisions.
Own the visual and interaction design of MedVibe AI from the ground up. Our clinic owners are sophisticated, busy professionals who expect a luxury-tier product experience. You’ll set and maintain that standard across every surface.
Drive the roadmap for MedVibe AI’s core product — our AI Engagement, Smart Scheduling, and Client Retention modules. You’ll be the bridge between clinic owner feedback and engineering execution, with direct access to our leadership team.
Own our B2B marketing engine — from content strategy and paid channels to trade show presence and clinic partner acquisition campaigns. You’ll be the primary driver of our growth from 200 to 1,000+ clinic partners.
Be the first voice our clinic partners hear after onboarding. You’ll own retention, expansion, and satisfaction for a portfolio of elite medical spas — proactively identifying opportunities to drive more value and deeper product adoption.
